Gaelic Football
Our boys’ team are playing tomorrow in Skryne at 1.30p.m. We will be leaving the school at 1.05p.m. Please arrange a lift for your child if you can’t go yourself.
Tin Whistle
We are hoping to start tin whistle for 1st to 6th class next week. The cost of the whistle is €7.00 and the cost of the Tin Whistle Book is €7.00. Please put the money in an envelope with your child’s name on it.
School Closure
The school will be closed at 12 noon this Thursday (29th) to facilitate in-school planning on the Primary Language Curriculum. Please note there is a school bus at 12 noon on Thursday.
The school is closed this Monday October 3rd.
Swimming
The boys and girls in 1st to 4th class will have their third swimming lesson this Wednesday. If you haven’t paid already please do so as soon as possible.
Gaeilge
This week’s Frása na Seachtaine is Tá ocras orm (I’m hungry), Tá tart orm (I’m thirsty).
This week’s Briarthar na Seactaine is cuir (to put). Cuir ort do chóta (Put on your coat), Cuir an cáis sa chuisneoir (put the cheese in the fridge) etc. Please use the above daily with your children.
Art & Craft/ Insurance/Copies
Reminder – can you please pay for the above as soon as possible either by using our online payment system or send in cash in an envelope with your child’s name on it.
Computer Lessons
All classes had their first computer lesson with Colm last Thursday. If you haven’t already sent in €5.00 to cover the cost of the four lessons. Please send it in this week. (Please put money in an envelope with your child’s name on it).
