Mindfulness/Well-being

We would like to thank Suzanne Jamal our local Fine Gael Councilor for her recent contribution of €2500 from her Municipal District Allocation which will be used to further improve our recent initiatives in the areas of well-being/mindfulness.

First Confession

First confession ceremony will take place in Rathfeigh church on March 12th at 7.00p.m.

Swimming

Thursday February 29th is the third swimming lesson for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th. All children are fully participating and really enjoying the experience.

“Healthy Kidz”

Coaches Tom and Shauna continue to deliver the “Healthy Kidz” P.E. programme to all classes each Wednesday. If anyone is interested in joining the after school “Healthy Kidz” club on Wednesday please contact the coaches.

Parking

Parents/guardians and child minders collecting children are not allowed to park in the designated area reserved for the school bus.

Mini 7’s Football

The Board of Management decided that the school would not participate in the Mini 7’scompetition this year.

School Closures

School is closed on Friday 8th March for the referendum.

School is closed on Monday 18th March as per school calendar.

School is closed for Easter holidays Monday 25/3/24 until Friday 05/04/24 incl. as per school calendar.

If a parent/guardian wishes to speak to a teacher please ring the office and a phone call or meeting will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
