Dear Parents/Guardians,
Second class pupils are receiving the sacrament of First Communion on Saturday 11th May at 11.00a.m. in Rathfeigh church. Our best wishes are being sent to all the children, their families and friends for a happy spiritual and memorable day.
A big thank you to everyone involved in the preparations for this very important day. The beautiful flowers kindly donated by a parent enhances the surroundings and this generouos donation is very much appreciated.
Jane completed stage 2 of the 100 touch challenge in Dunganny on May 2nd. We are delighted to announce Jane was a winner once again. Jane will demonstrate her skills in Páirc Tailteann Navan during half time of the Meath v Kerry game in the near future.

Our new sensory room is nearing completion. We are hoping to have our official opening very soon. The theme for the room is “Oh the places you’ll go” and we are having an art competition based on this theme. Children are asked to draw, paint or sketch a picture based on this theme portrait or landscape on any size page eg. A3 or A4 postcard. The winning pictures we will framed and they will hang in our state of the art sensory room.
Closing date for the competition is May 17th .Please return all entries to class teacher by this date.
Reminder- please make sure your child’s name is clearly marked on their sweatshirt. School shorts are plain navy sitting just above the knee with no logos/brands.
