Swimming

Swimming for Fourth, Fifth and Sixth classes starts after the Mid-Term break on Tuesdays for five weeks starting on February 25th. Swimming fulfils the aquatics module of the P.E. Curriculum. Swimming is an important life skill and we are delighted to be in a position to provide swimming lessons for the children in our school. Our Parents’ Association have always given us great support in this regard and we are, once again, very thankful of our Parents’Association for providing €1000  towards the cost of buses. Our Swimming Policy is on the school website. If your child isn’t going swimming please

inform the school by note by Thursday January 30th as the number of children going swimming determines the price.

Lost Property

We have some items in our Lost Property box e.g. coats, hats, gloves. If your child is missing any of the above please come into the school and check if it’s here. We will be disposing of all items next week.

Is mise,

Seamus Tansley.
