Swimming continues this Wednesday for first, second and sixth classes. We would like to thank all the parents who helped out at Navan Swimming Pool last week.
The H.S.E. vaccination team will visit the school on Tuesday January 21st. We are giving Junior Infants an information pack and form to be returned to the school.
The children in first to sixth classes are continuing to progress really well at tin whistle. The children in third, fourth and fifth classes will be moving on to Volume Two “Tin Whistle Made Simple”
in the next few weeks. The cost of this book is €8.00. Please send in the money in an envelope as soon as possible. Please encourage your children to practise the tin whistle on a nightly basis.
M&M Theatrical Productions will be performing “ The Wizard of Oz “ in the school this Thursday (January 16th) at 1.15p.m. As a result all children will go home at 2,40p.m. The cost per pupil is €6.00.
The Credit Union will be in the school this Thursday (January 16th) and next Thursday (January 23rd).
On Wednesday January 22nd the school will close at 1.40p.m. for all children to facilitate a staff meeting for teachers. Please note there will be no school bus.
There will be a Board of Management meeting on Thursday January 23rd.
