Sixth class pupils will receive their Confirmation in Skryne Church this Sunday (March 26th) at 1.00p.m. It is a special day for the children and we hope it will be a happy and spiritual day for the class and their families. There is a practice this Thursday (March 23rd) for the Confirmation Class and the choir from 9.30a.m. to 11.00a.m. We will be leaving the school at 9.25a.m. We will need help with lifts. If you are unable to bring your child to the practice please make arrangements with another parent/guardian. Children will not be allowed go to the practice if lifts aren’t organised.
Gaelic Football training with Eddie Mc Cormack continued today and the children are really enjoying it. Eddie will be with us also on Tuesday March 28th and April 4th. This will form part of the P.E. Curriculum.
First Confession for Second class pupils will take place on Wednesday March 29th in Rathfeigh Church at 7.30p.m.
We are into the fourth week of the Stay Safe Programme. It is very important that you discuss the issues in the programme with your children on a weekly basis.
Suzanne from Circus Photography will come into the school on Tuesday 28th March to take Confirmation group photograph.
