The Fifth and Sixth class trip to W5 in Belfast on Monday was a great success. The children really enjoyed the day. The children behaved excellently and they learned a huge amount from their visit. Pictures of the trip to W5 are on the school website.
The next Pre-Confirmation Mass is on Sunday (December 8th). The sixth class pupils have a practice in Skryne Church this Friday (December 6th). We will be leaving the school at 1.20p.m.
The children received the Irish Independent ‘Eureka’ supplement today. This is the last supplement they will receive before Christmas. The next supplement is on Wednesday January 22nd.
Folens Christmas Annuals are available from the office for €4.00.
An employee from Tara Credit Union comes into the school every Friday morning from 9.00 – 9.30a.m. and takes lodgements from pupils who wish to save with Tara and District Credit Union. Application forms are available from the school office and pupils from Junior Infants to Sixth may join. New members welcome.
