Badminton
We have two sessions of Badminton remaining with Teresa. A few families have yet to pay. Please do so this week (€5.00 in an envelope with your child’s name on it).
Student Council Christmas Raffle
Our student Council (Faye, Hayley, Tom and Darci) will be organising the Children’s Christmas Raffle this year. We will have two hampers as prizes (One prize for Junior – Second Class and one for Third – Sixth Class). (The cost of tickets are €2.00 for one strip or €5.00 for three strips). We will start selling the tickets from Monday 11th December. If you would like to donate items for the raffle please send them in this week (books, sweets, selection boxes, small toys etc).
Christmas Carol Service
On Friday December 22nd at 11.00a.m. we are having our Christmas Carol Service. All parents/guardians are invited to attend the school for the service. After the Carol Service our Parents’ Association Christmas Raffle will take place. The school will close at 12.00 noon on December 22nd for all children.
School Closure
The school will be closed on Friday December 15th to facilitate the teachers’ attendance at the Navan Education Centre for an in-service day for the New Primary Maths Curriculum.After-School ActivitiesIf you know anyone that is interested in renting the hall to do an after school activity please contact the school.
Football Jerseys
All the boys/girls who were on the Girls’/ Boys’ Football panels this year must return their jerseys, shorts, socks tomorrow.
Attendance for November
The attendance figures for November was 94.1%.
Folens Christmas Annuals
All children in all classes got a Free Folens Christmas Annual last Friday.
