Gaelic Football
Our boys’ team are playing in Dunsany tomorrow Tuesday at 2.20p.m. We will be leaving the school at 1.50p.m. We will need help with lifts. Please arrange a lift for your child if you can’t attend yourself. As we are low in numbers playing this year we need a few girls from 6th class to play also.
Our girls’ team are playing in Skryne on Thursday against Mulhussey at 12 noon. They will be leaving the school at 11.35a.m. Please arrange a lift for your child if you can’t attend yourself.
Swimming
The children in Third to Sixth class have their first of six swimming lessons tomorrow in Navan Swimming Pool. The cost of the lessons including the bus is €55.00. Thanks to the Parents’ Association for paying €500 towards the cost of the buses. The children must bring goggles, hat, togs and a towel. Please use the online payment system to pay for swimming, art & craft, insurance and homework journal.
Hiring of the School Hall/ After School Activities
The school hall is available to hire for after school activities. If you know somebody that is interested in doing after-school activities please contact Helen in the office.
Dropping off and collecting children to/from school
For Health and Safety reasons. We would like to remind Parents/Guardians to reverse into the car parking spaces in the morning and evening when dropping and collecting your child/children from school. Please do not park on the opposite side of the road to the school.
Can you please remind childminders, grandparents or whoever drops off /collects your child/children to reverse into the car parking spaces.
