Swimming continues this Wednesday (January 27th) for First, Second and Third classes. The final three lessons are on Mondays starting on February 1st.
Gaelic Football coaching continues tomorrow for all classes. The final session is on Tuesday February 2nd. Tracksuits must be worn on these days.
We have five teams representing our school in the Tara and District Credit Union Quiz which will take place in Skryne School at 6.30p.m. on February 1st. We congratulate all the pupils who got on the teams. A big thanks to Mrs Vaughan who is preparing the children for the Quiz.
We will be celebrating Catholic Schools Week from February 1st to February 5th. The theme this year is ‘Catholic Schools: Challenged To Proclaim God’s Mercy’ Each class will be doing lessons based on this theme during the week.
There is a Pre-Communion Mass practice this Thursday (January 28th) in Rathfeigh Church at 11.00a.m. We will need help with lifts.
The dates for school closures on The Rathfeigh Parents’ Association Calendar for Halloween and Christmas are incorrect. The school closures for the 2016/2017 school year have yet to be decided. This is usually done in May or early June.

Staff Meeting February 10th – School closed at 1.40p.m.
Mid-Term Break School closed February 18th and February 19th.
Standardised Tests (1st to 6th ) – May 23rd to May 27th.
6th class Graduation Mass – June 23rd (7.30p.m.)
