School Marathon/Sensory Room
Our sensory space was constructed in the library over the weekend. Even though it isn’t painted or equipped yet we think it’s going to be really beneficial for all the children in our school and we are really excited for its completion. Our school relay marathon takes place during school on Wednesday 16th June. All proceeds will go towards our Sensory Space. The children got sponsorship cards last week. We ask everyone to do their very best in filling the sponsorship card.
We thank Mrs Vaughan and Nicola for all their work behind the scenes in researching the information for the Sensory Space. A huge thanks to Mrs Vaughan’s husband Joe for constructing the Sensory Space over the weekend and to Nicola’s husband Paul who will be doing all the electrics.
Confirmation
We have just received the information that Confirmation will take place on Tuesday July 13th at 7.00p.m. in St. Mary’s Church Navan.
New Junior Infants
We are inviting the new Junior Infants to the school tomorrow with their parents/guardians. The meeting will take place from 1.30p.m. to 2.00p.m. at the rear of the school. We are really looking forward to seeing our new Juniors and we hope they enjoy their new surroundings. Due to Covid-19 all parents/guardians must wear a face mask.
Junior and Senior Infants will go home at 12.30p.m. tomorrow Thursday.
Sixth Class Graduation
We are hoping to hold the 6th class graduation on Wednesday June 23rd outdoors at the school at 7.30p.m. Covid-19 guidelines will be in operation.
School Reports
The end of year school reports will be posted home early next week. If you don’t receive a report by Friday 18th June please contact the school.
