This is Maths Week. We will have an assembly on Friday to celebrate Maths Week. During the course of the week all classes will do a variety of interesting maths activities in class. Our Boys’ Gaelic Football team play their two remaining matches this week in Skryne. They are playing Dangan tomorrow (Tuesday 14th) at 1.30. We will be leaving the school at 1.10p.m. They will be playing Coole this Wednesday 15th at 2.30p.m. We will be leaving the school at 2.15p.m.
The Girls Gaelic Football team played their final game last week. We congratulate them for their huge efforts this year,

Fifth and sixth classes will be visiting Ashbourne Library tomorrow (Tuesday 14th) from 10.00 to 11.15a.m. We will be leaving the school at 9.30a.m.
First and Second classes will be visiting Navan Library on Monday 20th from 12.45 to 1.45p.m. We will be leaving the school at 12.15p.m.
If you haven’t already sent in €5.00 to cover cost of bus please send in money this week.

On Thursday (October 16th) Accord facilitators will deliver the RSE Programme to sixth class pupils in the school.

The Board of Management requests parents/guardians not to double park when collecting or dropping off children in the morning or afternoon. We also ask parents not to park directly across the road from the bus and to reverse into parking space when parking in front of the school. Reversing out onto the road is illegal and highly dangerous,

Swimming lessons take place on Wednesdays after Halloween for second, fifth and sixth classes at the new time of 1.00p.m. in Navan swimming pool. First third and fourth classes will have swimming lessons after Christmas.

There is a Pre-Communion practice in Rathfeigh Church this Friday from 11.00 to 12.00 for second class pupils. We will need help with lifts.
