A Thuisti,
First Communion
Congratulations to all our children in Second Class who received their First Communion last Saturday. It was a lovely ceremony with the children showing great maturity saying their prayers and singing their songs. A large number of people played an important part in making the day such a success. Ms. Reynolds for preparing her class so well, Mrs Vaughan for preparing the choir, Lisa for playing the organ, Helen for the Mass booklet, Mrs Campbell for organising the gifts, Jackie for having the school and grounds looking great and the Parents’ Association for preparing food and refreshments for a large number of people in the hall after the Communion. The children in the choir sang brilliantly and they will have no homework tonight. We thank all the parents/guardians who kindly donated food and refreshments.
