Pancake Tuesday
Tomorrow is Pancake Tuesday. The 6th class pupils will be making pancakes for the children in all classes. They will be starting at 12.30p.m. and finishing around 2.00p.m. We are a NUT FREE school so we will not be using products that contain nuts. If you don’t want your child to get a pancake please write a note in your child’s journal or e-mail the school.
Confirmation Practice
There is a Confirmation and Choir practice this Thursday at 9.20a.m. in Skryne church. It will be finished by 10.30a.m. We will be leaving the school at 9.10a.m. We will need help with lifts. If you cannot bring your own child to the church please arrange a lift with another parent/guardian.
Computer Classes
Colm is returning this Wednesday for computer classes with the children in all classes. The cost is €5.00 per pupil (4 lessons). Please send in the money in an envelope with your child’s name on it.
Student Teacher
We have a student teacher in 5th/6th class for the next few weeks. We wish Ms. Clarke the best of luck as she completes her Teaching Practice in our school.

Basketball
Reminder- Ciaran our basketball coach will be starting coaching again for 1st to 6th classes on Thursday February 23rd after school (2.40 to 4.00p.m.). There is also a ‘Fit for Fun’ class for Junior and Senior Infants (1.40 to 2.40p.m.) if he has enough pupils.
