Sensory Space
Thanks to everyone who supported us last Friday with our collection for a Sensory Space in our school. The money collected far exceeded our expectations. We collected €455. Thanks for your generosity. A special thanks to Gavin/Ann Marie for their very generous donation. All money will go towards the purchase of a Sensory Space in our school which will be used by all pupils. We hope to have the Sensory Space up and running by September 2021.
Active School Week
This week we are celebrating Active School Week. More than ever we need our children to be as active as possible. During the week the children in all classes will partake in a variety of fun, active activities. With some school team activities cancelled due to Covid-19 the senior classes will be involved in rounders and gaelic football games during school with their classmates. Please encourage your child to do at least one physical activity after school daily e.g. a long walk, run etc.
May Bank Holiday
The school is closed this Friday (April 30th) and Monday (May 3rd) for the May Bank Holiday Weekend.
Board of Management
There is a Board of Management meeting this evening on Zoom.
Parental Declaration Forms
A gentle reminder for all parents/guardians to fill out a Parental Declaration Form through ‘Textaparent’ if your child is absent for whatever reason.
