The Tara & District Credit Union Quiz takes place tonight in Skryne School Hall at 6.30p.m. The children should arrive at 6.20p.m. for registration. The children should wear their school tracksuit. Parents aren’t allowed stay for the quiz due to the lack of space. The quiz should be over at 8.15p.m. Best of luck to all our participating teams.
Swimming continues for First, Second and Sixth classes for the next two Wednesdays (5th and 12th). The swimming instructors have seen great progress in the children after just four sessions. Thanks, again, to all the parents who travel to the swimming pool every Wednesday.
There is a ‘Literacy Lift Off ’ information meeting for parents/guardians of Senior Infant pupils in the school on Thursday February 13th at 1.45p.m. Senior Infant pupils will be supervised for the duration of the meeting.
This year Circus Photography will be taking Confirmation photographs (Individual/Family) on Sunday 23rd March in Skryne Hall before and after the Confirmation ceremony. The class group photograph will be taken in the school on Tuesday 25th March. I am sending home today the Confirmation booking form. Please note the form and payment should be sent directly to Circus Photography.
The Credit Union will be in the school this Friday (January 7th).
