A Thuisti,

Nursing Home

One of the highlights of the school year is our visit tomorrow to Hillview Nursing Home. The choir, which consists of some pupils from 3rd to 6th class, have been practising a compendium of songs during school and they are eagerly looking forward to performing for the residents in Hillview. This promises to be a special occasion for the residents in Hillview and for the children in the choir. We thank all the children for giving of their time during

school to practise the songs and to Ms. O’Donoghue for co-ordinating the choir.

The children in the choir will be leaving the school at 1.45p.m. and returning to the school at 2.30p.m. Please arrange a lift for your child if you can’t attend yourself. The children in the choir will be wearing a Colourful/Christmas Jumper and a Santa Hat.

Colourful Jumper /Christmas Jumper Day

As I mentioned in last week’s e-mail to parents/guardians tomorrow is our Colourful Jumper/ Christmas Jumper Day. The children can come to school wearing a jumper of their choice.
