Rounders Final
Our girls’ rounders’ team are in the Meath Final this Wednesday in Navan O’Mahonys. They are playing against Kiltale and the game starts at 1.00p.m. We will be leaving the school at 11.50a.m. The girls will be wearing the school jerseys. If any of the girls have a Rathfeigh school jersey at home please bring it in tomorrow.
It’s a great achievement to get to the final and we wish the team the best of luck.
Standardised Tests
Standardised tests are taking place this week. The tests will be administered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. As the girls’s rounders’ final is on Wednesday. No tests will be administered on Wednesday.
School Closures/Half Day
The school closes at 12.30p.m. for all pupils on Thursday (1st) to facilitate professional development for the teachers on the Primary Language Curriculum. Please note there is a school bus on Thursday at 12.30p.m.
The school is closed on Friday (2nd) and Monday (5th) for the June Bank Holiday weekend.
New Junior Infants
The new Junior Infants and their parents/guardians are invited to the school on Wednesday (June 7th) from 1.30p.m. to 2.15p.m.
The present Junior and Senior Infants will be going home at 12.00 noon to facilitate the visit of our new pupils.
School Tours
Reminder if you haven’t already paid for school tours please send in payment before Wednesday this week.
We will send out the link for payment again today or alternatively you can send in cash in an envelope with your child’s name on it.
Aladdin Connect
Last week we sent parents/guardians their access code to register for Aladdin Connect. We will resend the codes today and we ask all parent/guardians to register and download the App as soon as possible. This is the way we will communicate with parents/guardians as soon as everyone is registered.
