Circus Photography are visiting the school tomorrow for individual, family and junior infants class photographs. Forms must be in tomorrow morning.
The cost per pupil for Insurance this year is €8.00. The cost per pupil for Art & Craft is €20.00. Please send in the money in an envelope with your child’s name and class on it.
Almost all families have returned the Parental Permission Form. If you haven’t already sent it in please do so tomorrow. The Contact Details Form also needs to be returned.
A parent has reported head lice in her child’s hair please check your child’s hair tonight and treat if necessary.
Next Sunday is the All-Ireland between Mayo and Dublin. To celebrate the occasion we are having a Jersey Day this Friday. We hope to see many children wearing the colours of the participating teams. Children can wear any jersey they like (gaelic, soccer, rugby etc). On Friday we would like all children to donate €1.00 each. The money collected will go towards the purchase of P.E. equipment (footballs, cones, tennis balls etc).
Every Wednesday for 34weeks (starting September 13th) the pupils in Fifth and Sixth classes will be getting the Irish Independent which will have Science and Irish supplements. The cost per pupil is €12.00. The eldest child only in the family in these classes need to get the newspaper.
The Parents’ Association A.G.M. will take place on Tuesday 26th September in the school at 7.30p.m.
