Our Under 11 Quiz team participated in the All-Ireland Final in the R.D.S. yesterday. They scored really well but unfortunately weren’t victorious on the day. It has, however, been a fantastic journey for the team and the school. We are so proud of their achievements this year and they represented our school excellently. We hope their success this year will encourage many children to have an interest in quizzes in future years. We thank Mrs Vaughan for preparing the children during the last few months.
Both our Girls’ and Boys’ Football teams are playing in Ardcath at 1.15p.m. tomorrow. Both teams will be leaving the school at 12.45p.m. sharp. We will need help with lifts.
The final coaching sessions with Eddie are tomorrow during school. The children have really enjoyed the sessions and we thank Eddie for giving of his time for the last five weeks.
The Parents’ Association are setting up a Parent/Guardian Representative for each class in the school. They will then set up a WhatsApp Group for each class. In order to do this we need your permission to pass on a contact number to the Parents’ Association. Please return the slip below by Wednesday 5th.
Skryne/Rathfeigh Community Games Art and Handwriting Finals are on Saturday 8th April at 10.00a.m. in St.Seachnall’s School Dunshaughlin.
The school closes at 12 noon this Friday for the Easter holidays and re-opens on Monday 24th April. We wish everyone a happy and safe Easter. There is no school bus.
