Parents’ Association Christmas Raffle

The Parents Association will be organizing a Christmas raffle this year. It’s a great event that the children have always enjoyed. The money raised from the raffle will go towards a sensory garden for the school. If anyone is in a position to donate a prize for the raffle please contact your class representative on the Parent Association or you can drop in a donation with Helen. We hope to be getting the raffle tickets printed in early December. If you are able to donate a prize we would be grateful if you can let us know by Friday 25th November.

Badminton

This week is the third Badminton lesson with Teresa. The cost for five weeks is €5.00 per child. If you haven’t paid for these lessons please send in €5.00 in an envelope this week.

Book Fair

We had a very successful Book Fair last week. A huge thanks to all the parents/guardians who bought books. We have €1090.00 to spend on books for the class libraries. We thank Mrs Campbell for co-ordinating the Book Fair.

Anti-Bullying

This week we will be focusing on the importance of friendships in school and making the children aware of the school’s Anti-Bullying Policy. The Anti-Bullying Policy is on the school website. A hard copy is available on request from the office.
