Happy New Year
A big welcome back to the children after the Christmas break.

Attendance
We are very happy with the attendance rate of 93.9% so far this school year. Regular attendance is vital for your child’s education. However, if your child has flu symptoms (cough, runny nose etc) then he/she should not be in school.
‘Re-turn’ Scheme
Please send in bottles/cans that you may have accumulated over the Christmas period. The ‘Re-turn’ scheme which we introduced last year has been very successful and we hope to spend the proceeds from Christmas to the summer holidays on some outdoor games for the children.
Student Council
Our student council numbers did a great job in the first term. We thank Sophie, Patrick, Kai and Flora for their great work. Our new student council members are Annalise, Camron, Niall and Donnacha.
Swimming
The children in 1st-4th class will be going swimming for 6 weeks starting on February 6th. We will inform Parents/Guardians of the price next week.
