First Communion
The children in second class will receive their First Communion this Saturday in Rathfeigh Church at 11.00a.m.
After the ceremony on Saturday we are inviting all parents/guardians and the children back to the school for light refreshments and for the First Communion family and class photographs.
Rounders
Our girls’ rounders’ team are playing in the quarter final this Thursday against Moynalty in Skryne at 12 noon. We will be leaving the school at 11.30a.m. Please arrange a lift for your child if you can’t attend yourself.
Our boys’ team are in the semi-final after a dramatic victory last week. I will e-mail details of their semi-final as soon as I get information on who we are playing.
Science- in- a -Box
The ten week Science-in-a-Box programme finished last week for the pupils in 5th/6th class. All the children got certificates and prizes on completion of the programme. Thanks to Eimear for sponsoring the programme this year.
School Tour
The details and prices for the school tours were on last week’s letter. We sent you link last week to pay online. If you wish you can send cash in an envelope with your child’s name on it.
Relay Marathon
The parents’ Association Relay Marathon Fundraiser will take place on Thursday June 8th at the rear of the school.
