A Thuisti,

Mini Sevens Gaelic Football

Our boys’ and girls’ football teams took part in the Cumann na mBunscol competition last week. Our boys lost their two games narrowly but did really well with only two sixth class pupils on the panel. The girls were victorious in their competition winning all four of their games defeating Skryne in the final. They are now one of the remaining 12 teams in Meath still left in the competition. The final (which will be in a blitz format) will take place on Thursday March 31st. We wish them (and Ms. Reynolds) the best of luck in the final.

Computer Classes

The second of four computer classes took place today. A few families have yet to pay (€7.00 per child). Please put the money in an envelope with your child’s name on it and send it into the school this week.

RSE

As part of the Relationships and Sexuality Education programme the ‘Busy Bodies’ DVD will be shown to the pupils in 6th class next week. Written parental consent will be sought from Parents/Guardians before the DVD is shown. Our RSE policy is available to view on the school website. A hard copy is available on request from the office.
