We welcome Mrs Campbell back to the school after maternity leave. Ms Higgins finished last Friday. She was very appreciative of the thoughtful present that she received from the children and she wanted to express her thanks to all the parents who came in on Friday to say goodbye to her.
We have our Talent Show for the children this Thursday. It promises to be a great day. Please encourage your children to participate. Our Jumble Sale takes place this Friday. At present only a few items have been donated. We would be very grateful if parents could send in books, toys etc over the next few days. We would be grateful if you could donate crisps, sweets, buns and cakes for selling on the day and for prizes.
The end of year reports were posted out to all families last Friday. Most families should receive them today or tomorrow. If you haven’t received a report by Wednesday please let us know. If you would like to discuss the report, please make an appointment with class teacher.
The sixth class graduation mass takes place next Tuesday (June 25th) at 7.30p.m. It is a special night for the sixth class children and we hope they enjoy preparing for it. They have been a fantastic class in their time in Rathfeigh N.S. and we wish them success and happiness in the future.

Senior Infant pupils who took in the Literacy Lift Off Programme are being tested again to compare their performance in reading and writing before/after the intervention. We would like to invite the parents of Senior Infant pupils to the school next Tuesday June 25th at 1.50p.m. to discuss the results.
If you have received text messages from the school later than they should have been delivered please let us know.
Reminder:If you wish to order Communion or Confirmation group photograph (€15). The order is being placed tomorrow morning (Tuesday 18th) Please pay for or return individual/family photographs by Thursday June 20th.
Copies, homework journal and folders for next year are bought in Siopa Na Scoile (school shop). Please pay for copies,folders etc. by Friday 21st June. All copies must be covered and returned to the school by Monday 24th June.
