Swimming
Swimming for 1st-4th class takes place tomorrow Thursday 19th March at the same time.
Fairyhouse Racecourse Visit
The children in 5th/6th class are going to Fairyhouse Racecourse tomorrow Thursday 19th March for a school tour and education day. The aim of the day is to educate the younger generation about their local racecourse. The children will be meeting a jockey and a racecourse trainer along with a racehorse! It promises to be a fun day. The children are going by bus. The cost of the bus is €13 which can be paid via Aladdin or if you want to pay with cash put it in an envelope with your child’s name on it. They will be leaving the school at 10am and will be back at the school at 1.45pm (approx.). Please make sure children wear appropriate clothing to keep warm, hats, jackets, runners and lunch for their breaks.
Gaelic Football 7-a-side Competition
The girls’ and boys’ 7-a-side competition takes place on Friday March 20th in Dunganny. The children are going by bus. The cost of the bus is €12.50 which can be paid via Aladdin or if you want to pay with cash put it in an envelope with your child’s name on it.
