Tomorrow is Shrove Tuesday. Our sixth class pupils will be making pancakes for all pupils in the school. It promises to be an enjoyable day. Please let us know if your child is not to have a pancake.
The Boys’ 7-a-side Gaelic Football Team are taking part in a blitz tomorrow (Tuesday 4th March) in Skryne. We will be leaving the school at 1.45p.m. The teams participating are Skryne, Kilmessan, Coole and Gaelscoil na Rithe. We wish them the best of luck.
The Girls 7-a-side Gaelic Football Team are participating in a blitz this Thursday (March 6th) in Skryne. We will be leaving the school at 1.45p.m. The teams participating are Kilmessan, Rathcairn and Gaelscoil na Rithe. We wish them the best of luck.
There is a Pre-Confirmation practice in Skryne Church this Friday. We will be leaving the school at 1.10p.m. We will be taking the class photograph for the Confirmation Booklet also. The children must wear their full school uniform for the photograph.
All children making Confirmation must bring in their Baptismal Cert. A birth certificate is not sufficient. If you were baptised in Skryne/Rathfeigh Church you don’t need to bring in a copy.
