Christmas Carol Service
Our annual Christmas Carol Service takes place this Friday 20th December at 11.00a.m. in the school hall. It will be a mixture of music, poetry and songs. Parents/guardians are invited to the school hall at 10.45a.m. We will be starting at 11.00a.m. sharp. I would like to thank all the teachers for preparing the children so well and to the children for their hard work in learning poems and songs.
Parents’ Association Christmas Raffle
The Parents’ Association Christmas Raffle has been a great tradition in the school for more than twenty years. Once again, this year, the prizes are fantastic and we thank the Parents’ Association for all their hard work in running the raffle. We thank all our sponsors for providing the fantastic prizes and to the parents, guardians and children for buying tickets. Please return all tickets before Friday.
Student Council Raffle
We are running our first ever Student Council Christmas Raffle this year. Amy, Jay Jay, Brooke and Thomas have done a great job organising and selling tickets for the raffle. A big thanks to Ann-Marie, Shane and Caroline for sponsoring the prizes. Tickets are €1.00 per strip of tickets.
The Student Council and Parents’ Association Raffle will take place this Friday directly after the Christmas Carol Service (approximately 11.30a.m.)
Christmas Holidays
The school closes this Friday 20th December at 12 noon for the Christmas holidays. There is no school bus on Friday at 12noon. The school re-opens on Monday January 6th 2020.I would like to wish all the teachers, Helen and Jackie, parents and guardians a safe and enjoyable Christmas. Most importantly, I wish all the children a fun-filled, exciting and happy Christmas.
