A Thuisti,

Girls’ Gaelic Football Final

Our girls’ football team have reached the Cumann na mBunscol final after a great semi-final victory last week against Cortown. They have played exceptionally well this year and their reward is a place in this Saturday’s final in Pairc Tailteann Navan at 12.30p.m. This will be the first time since 2000 that our girls’team have reached the final. In that historic day in 2000 our girls’ team made history by winning the school’s championship for the first time. Our 2018 team has a chance to create history of  their own by winning for only the second time!!We hope everyone in the Rathfeigh school community will get behind the team and be present in Navan on Saturday to support the team. A big thanks to Ms. Reynolds for all her  work with the team this year and also to Teresa for her huge commitment to the school team for the last few years.
