Rathfeigh N.S. Parents’ Association A.G.M. is on Thursday 9th October in the school at 7.30p.m. Please support.
The pupils in third and fourth classes will be visiting Ashbourne Library this Wednesday (October 8th). They will be leaving the school by bus at 12.30p.m.
The Junior and Senior Infant pupils will be visiting Dunshaughlin Library this Thursday (October 9th). They will be leaving the school by bus at 10.30a.m.
These events are free but the bus will cost €5.00 per pupil. Please send in the money in an envelope as soon as possible.
The Boys’ Gaelic Football team are playing in Baconstown this Wednesday at 3.00p.m. We will be leaving the school at 2.30p.m. We will need help with lifts.
The Girls Gaelic Football team are playing in Baconstown this Thursday at 1.30p.m. We will be leaving the school at 12.45p.m. We will need help with lifts.
Gardaí from Ashbourne garda station will be visiting the school this October (October 9th) to talk to the pupils in Third to Sixth classes in relation to ‘Safety’.
On Thursday (October 16th) ACCORD facilitators will deliver the RSE Programme to sixth class pupils in the school. This programme complements the Social, Personal and Health Education curriculum. Please return the consent form as soon as possible. Please note there isn’t an information night this year by the ACCORD facilitators for parents of fifth and sixth classes due to financial cutbacks in ACCORD.
I would like to remind parents that the school uniform must be worn on all days except on days that the children have P.E. gaelic football training or gaelic football games.
