Our Girls’ Gaelic Football Team won again last week. They had an easy victory over Boyerstown. They are playing in Dunderry on Thursday. We will be leaving the school at 1.15p.m. We will need help with lifts.
Our Boys’ Team lost to a very strong Wilkinstown team. They played really well though and we are very proud of their efforts. The boys don’t have a game this week.
Gaelic Football coaching for all classes continues tomorrow (Tuesday 22nd). Rugby coaching for children in Fourth, Fifth and Sixth takes place on Wednesday 23rd.
Literacy Lift Off for Second class pupils starts today.
There is a Board of Management meeting this Thursday (September 24th). This is the last meeting of the current Board. The process for the election of a new Board will commence in the next few weeks.
Credit Union takes place on Fridays until further notice. Application forms are available from the school office and pupils from Junior Infants to Sixth Class may join. New members welcome.
Please ensure that your child has a coat when coming to school every day.
