Our Christmas Carol Service takes place this Thursday in the school at 11.00a.m. The Parents’ Association will be serving tea/coffee from 10.30a.m. We ask all parents/guardians to be seated at 10.50a.m. The Christmas raffle will take place directly afterwards. Parents/guardians can collect their children from the classrooms directly after the raffle.
All sold and unsold raffle tickets should be returned to the office as soon as possible. This is an important fundraiser for the Parents’ Association and we thank everyone for buying and selling tickets. Extra books of tickets are available from the office.
The Parents’ Association 2017 Calendar will be on sale in the office on Wednesday for €10.00. It will also be on sale before the Carol Service on Thursday. Only a limited amount of calendars were printed. To avoid disappointment I would recommend the early purchase of the calendar.
Third, Fourth and Sixth classes have their final swimming lesson this Wednesday (21st). First, Second and Fifth classes will have swimming lessons after Christmas.
This Thursday is a non-uniform day. Healthy lunches are optional (NUT FREE).
The school closes at 12 noon this Thursday for Christmas holidays (There is no school bus at 12.00) and re-opens on Monday January 9th.
